The inlet filter loads, receiver pressure sags, and the setpoint gets moved so the alarm will be quiet. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. Do not open a vacuum line that is in use or change a clinical vacuum setpoint.
Monthly. An abnormal reading is written. It is not adjusted here. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
