Fix It Fred AI is the technician's app. One conversation, by voice, at the machine: it becomes the work order, the parts, the to-do, the job request and the shift report — in ChatterFix, on its own, or next to the CMMS you already run. Nobody fills in a form at the end of the day.

Ask Fred to walk you through loading liquid oxygen, a cryogenic transfer, proofing a pressure vessel, flight torque, entering an energized robot cell or live electrical work, and it stops you. It names the permit and the qualified role and sends you to open a ChatterFix work order against the released procedure. No model is asked for those answers, and the check runs on the phone, so it holds with no signal.
You talk. Fred works out what each thing is (the job, the machine, the minutes, the parts) and shows you before anything is saved. One tap, done. Gloves stay on.
Manuals with page-cited answers, parts pulled out of them, the vendor's number, lubrication points with the right oil, and every photo ever taken on it.
Add a part with its bin, what's on hand and the reorder point. Checkouts count against the shelf, and a part found out of place is flagged for review.
Parts checked against stock, an estimate and a shutdown window. A manager approves or declines with a reason, and the answer lands on your to-do list.
Standalone for one technician. The log, the sorting and "what did I do yesterday" all run on the phone. The back of the plant has no bars, and Fred doesn't need them.
