Why A Pilot

The answer to most breakdowns already exists somewhere in the plant: an old work order, a manual page, or the tech who fixed it last time. It just isn't in front of the tech at 2 AM, and nobody wants to type a work order with gloves on. Fix It Fred lets techs talk, finds the answer in your own records, and writes the work order. A pilot is how we find out, on your floor, whether that saves your crew real time.

What I Do

Walk the line with the app and build your asset list from nameplate photos: plant, line, machine, component, parts.
Connect it to your CMMS, or set you up on ChatterFix if you don't run one.
Train the crew in one 30-minute huddle.
Check in for 15 minutes a week and fix what gets in the way.

What I Ask

Use it on real jobs, not a demo.
Tell me straight when something is wrong or slow.
One end-of-pilot review with your maintenance lead.
If it helped, a short quote I can share. Only if you agree, and you approve the wording.

What Your Techs Get

Work orders by voice: say what you did, and Fred files it with the machine, time and parts.
Troubleshooting that starts with your plant's own history on that machine, then general causes, each with a check.
Part ID from a label photo, the manual page, and what's on the shelf.
English or Spanish. The record stays in English for the manager.
Works with no signal and catches up when it reconnects.
Managers see completed work, time on the job and what was done, without chasing paperwork.
