I've spent almost a decade in plant maintenance. Most plants already have the answers to "why are we always behind?" sitting in their work order history: how big the backlog really is, which PMs keep slipping, which machines eat the most hours. What The Report Covers

  • Backlog: work orders opened versus closed, how many are open and how many are past due.
  • PM compliance: PMs done on time, done late, and missed.
  • Problem machines: the machines with the most repairs and the most hours.
  • Planned versus reactive work: how much of the crew's time goes to breakdowns.
  • Data gaps: what your system isn't capturing (labor cost, parts, downtime) and why it matters.
  • What to fix first: a short, plain list you can act on Monday.

What To Send

  • A work order export from your CMMS (MaintainX, UpKeep, Limble, Fiix, eMaint and others) or a spreadsheet. The columns don't need to be clean; mapping them is part of the job.
  • Your asset or equipment list, if you have one.
  • Your current PM list, if you have one.

How It Works

  1. Book a 15-minute call. Use the form below. I'll email you to confirm a time.
  2. Send your export. I load it into your own private dashboard and check the numbers.
  3. Get the report and the walkthrough. We go through what the data says and what to fix first.
  4. Keep the dashboard for 60 days. If you want the review every month after that, the Monthly Maintenance Review is $750/month. It's optional; nothing renews on its own.
