An alarm is cleared by moving the static bypass because the procedure for a transfer is in somebody's email. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. This work order does not authorize a transfer or a bypass.
Monthly. An alarm is written for the site's method of procedure. The bypass position stays. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
