A leaking seal gets tightened on a running pump because isolating it means the sump rises. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. Do not enter the sump or adjust a seal while the pump is running.
Every two weeks. A leaking seal is written up. The sump stays unentered. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
