The sensor fails, the injection setpoint moves to compensate, and a cylinder valve gets opened to 'see if gas is there'. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. Do not adjust a CO2 injection setpoint, and do not open a cylinder valve as part of this check.
Monthly. A failed sensor is a finding. The injection setpoint stays. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
