A loaded filter stays in and the damper gets wedged because the room is 'a little warm'. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. Do not change a room temperature or humidity setpoint, and do not wedge the damper open.
Every two weeks. The filter is what changes. The setpoint does not. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
