A weep at the injection point gets tightened while the line is still under pressure. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. Do not change a dose setpoint from a maintenance work order.
Monthly. A leak is isolated and written up. Stroke and speed stay where they were found. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
