Torque trips get reset until the rake stalls, and nobody writes the number that was on the switch. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. Do not enter the basin, and do not change the torque setting.
Monthly. A high-torque trip goes to the site's clarifier procedure. The basin stays unentered. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
