A chipped punch stays in the turret because the batch is almost done and the force trace still 'looks close'. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. Do not change a weight, thickness, or speed setting.
Weekly, locked out. A punch outside the site's wear limit is quarantined. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
