A charger alarm gets cleared by changing a protection setting because the jars 'look fine'. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. Do not open a cell, add electrolyte, or enter a live cabinet.
Monthly. A charger alarm is a finding, not a field change to a protection setting. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
