The bypass tag is missing and somebody assumes the regulator is in the position they remember. The round still closes, the number never lands on the asset, and the next person inherits a guess. This work order does not authorize climbing into the primary zone or operating the bypass.
Every six months, from the ground. A leak or a missing ground is a line-crew job with a switching order. An as-found reading outside the limit the site already published is a finding. It does not become a new setpoint on this work order.
