Totals are built from RECORDABLE cases only, and privacy concern cases are included in every one of them - those cases are recordable, it is only the employee's NAME that 1904.29(b)(6) withholds. The page says so, because a plant that quietly dropped privacy cases from its totals would be under-reporting.
